Jay Paving Company, was established in 1958 by Jack Jay Jenkins as a paving contractor, providing services for residential, commercial, and municipal projects.  Jack, or "Jay" as everyone called him, started this business out of his home with just a few hand tools and an old pick-up truck over 50 years ago. 

In 1972, the family expanded the business by purchasing a portion of land on Cobb Street in Oneida.  It was here that Jay Paving Company established its home.  Jack's son, Tim, started working with his dad when he was only 12 years old and has continued the locally owned and operated business as Jay Paving Co.,LLC.  Tim worked with his father until he passed away in 1998.

Our reputation for quality work has made us well known - not only for the professional service we provide, but for the speed and efficiency in which we handle all of our paving projects.
